📜 Privacy Policy – Pregnancy Baby Tracker App

This privacy policy applies to the Pregnancy – Baby Tracker App (hereafter referred to as “Application”), developed by UZ Developer (hereafter referred to as “Service Provider”). The Application is provided as a free service and is intended for use “AS IS”.

Information Collection and Use

The Application does not require you to create an account or provide personal information.

However, certain limited technical information may be collected automatically by third-party SDKs used in the app:

  • Device ID (used for advertising purposes)

  • Advertising Data (used by ad networks for ad delivery and reporting)

👉 No precise location, contacts, photos, health data, or other sensitive personal data is collected.

App Tracking Transparency (iOS Users)

In compliance with Apple’s App Tracking Transparency (ATT) framework, iOS users will be asked for permission before their data (such as Device ID and Advertising Data) is used for tracking across apps and websites owned by other companies.

If the user denies permission, only limited, non-tracking ads will be shown.

Third-Party Services

The Application uses the following third-party services:

  • Google AdMob – for serving ads

  • Meta Audience Network (Facebook Ads) – for serving ads

  • Firebase Cloud Firestore – used only as a simple database to control whether Google Ads or Facebook Ads are shown. No user data or personal information is stored in Firebase.

Data Usage

The collected information may be used for the following purposes:

  • Third-Party Advertising (ad delivery & reporting)

  • Basic App Functionality (showing ads based on Firebase toggle)

The Service Provider does not link any collected data to your personal identity.

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all data collection by uninstalling the Application at any time.
On iOS, you can also deny tracking permission via the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) prompt.

Children’s Privacy

This Application is not directed at children under 13 years of age. If data from a child is ever mistakenly collected, it will be deleted immediately.

Security

Reasonable measures are taken to protect your information. However, please note that no method of internet transmission or electronic storage is 100% secure.

Changes to This Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Application means you accept any changes.
